It's a good reliable app but read their instructions well! some items you would need to pay extra for delivery if you are in higher floors, and you may have to pay for installation for some electrical items

The app is good initially and there is an issue with some items included in the emarket but when you try to order one of them the app offers another item. Also another issue is when I receive my ordered items the delivery man asking for a copy of my national ID which is weird! and I used to refuse that for my privacy. You should follow the same process for other famous eShopping /shipping service providers.

كان عندي امل انها تكون بديل جيد يساعدنا علي المقاطعة ... لكن للاسف أسوأ خدمة عملاء و نظام عقيم و ادارة غير مستعدة للتطوير و الاهتمام بالعميل. I thought it may be a good choice for boycotting other companies, but unfortunately, it's a very rigid system and the worst customer service ever. It's a very bad experience.
