Went to the physical location, there was a person and multiple TV displays behind the counter. No menus on the TVs, person told us to download the app (which requires an account). Also told it would be a 40 minute wait. I couldn't come up with a worse new-customer retention strategy if I tried. I guess if my phone died they just wouldn't serve me? Seems like it's primarily a data collection service that sometimes serves food.

Great recipes from world famous chefs. And at reasonable prices, with good quantity. Smooth ordering experience, and very quick food prep. Can't beat it.

It is great to order from a local business that cares about quality. Their team is very receptive and always improving their products.
