About a 30% success rate for uploading videos. I usually have to try 3 times to get it to upload, and it takes 15 minutes or more to find out if it worked or not. My time is valuable, and I can't afford to waste it trying to get my inspection video uploaded. It's wasting my time, my service advisor's time, the customer's time, making me fall behind in my work, and costing the company possible upsells. Unacceptable. It's just really sad that our DMS system requires us to use this.

Constantly restarting app, always reloading screen, then on pictures it's always a hit or miss if the app loaded the picture correctly. The second my phone screen goes off, the app reloads, and you may lose the pictures and 9/10 must re login, and some pictures did not sync or upload/update completely. It would be nice to open Service Snap, log in Once and reopen app anytime with the Service Ticket ready for pictures. And not lose data or placement.

For the simplicity of this app is functions are very spotty. Should be as simple as uploading the photo or video. Constantly having failures when uploading. Videos need to be under constant watch or won't upload. Seems to be getting worse. The app itself is constantly crashing. Not an app I would recommend other service departments using untill it's perfected. Seems like they don't care to fix it.
