For example, employees can text vehicle service updates to customers, follow-up with a sales lead after a test drive, or let a customer know when his vehicle repair is complete. Designed and built as part of Reynolds Retail Management System, ReyText stores conversation history with the customer profile to maintain a relationship throughout the ownership experience. ReyText also enhances productivity and efficiency as employees are no longer tied to workstations when communicating with customers. This mobile application gives users the functionality of standard text messaging applications, while offering the elite security and capabilities of operating within Reynolds Retail Management System.
