Ratings and reviews

It was utterly frustrating when I tried to activate my Visa Card as it has taken almost 6 attempts, and each time, the automatic recorded call asks me to press 1 to activate the card, then it informs that it's active, but on the app the card status always shows inactive. After a month or so, when tried again, suddenly, it worked !!! Another thing, until now, I can't update my info as after filling all the required fields, it returns an error message that there is a technical issue. BR,

I am always having hard time logging in using the app. I already tried uninstalling and Installing it back but end up getting the same error from using the app. It is just loading and not proceeding. I hope that you can fix this because it is really inconvenient for a user like me. The app should be our means to check our bank account instantly I guess the app is not serving it's purpose, convenience wise

Since the new update in Oct, the app is crashing constantly, suddenly logging out when navigating to the loyalty points section. For something I used to manage in one session, have to login multiple times now.
