Ratings and reviews

I use an Android phone and can't find anywhere to look at my messages from potential customers... option. It's funny, the automated response gives me no help whatsoever and their troubleshooting link provides no information on how to get messages to work. I've already talked to customer service and got nowhere with it... the usual responses delete the app and make sure it's up to date.... you can do that until you're blue in the face and it's still not going to work. I just deleted it.

I started this before when it was home advisor in 2018-2019. and worked ok at the time. not great but not terrible. I found other lead generating ads that worked better and less cost per lead. I came back to this app and they changed it to Angie pro. it was much more expensive for leads and instant booking was a fail. most people wouldn't answer and it would be a lead wasted. now I don't even use it at all due to high cost low quality leads.

Cannot recommend. Messages in the app will rarely load for weeks now. And they sent us 3 leads in one month who actually lived out of state - their addresses were inputted incorrectly - and wouldn't give us any credit for it. Very frustrating, but you can't escape the contract. ETA: I already spoke to customer service + a manager but they refused to "look into my concerns."
