For your sanity do not sign up with them. I tried to sign up but never received my SIM card. Customer service is done via zenmo chat and it timed out on me about 10 times and I really wish I was exaggerating. The system somehow lost my order, port in details, email, and the agents refused to provide me a confirmation of the failed order except via chat. I hope my number doesn't suddenly port out of the blue and I lose my number.

The app doesn't launch. Keeps loading and at the end pop up the error message. You need to fix the app if everything is online for Gomo! Singtel app works much much better. Shame that Gomo is under Singtel. Cannot access the app when overseas at all too. so what is this app for if it cannot be accessed in home country and overseas?

App is horribly slow even on 5G connection and other internet pages loads fine. Chat takes forever to load and customer services takes forever to reply. For reasons unknown plan details might not match what was purchased and I'll need to go through the horrible process of chatting with customer service to resolve it.
