The app needs a phone widget option to be able to look at the family calendar at a glance the same way you can see it on the actual frame. If I'm not home in front of the frame I have to click several times to get to the calendar in the app. it also has major syncing issues. no matter how many times I try to sync it doesnt show everything. Please fix! Also, most of the features are additional money per month to use. Would not buy again and do not recommend.

Paying for the monthly subscription. Scanned and followed directions for setup, but the calendar and app do not sync with each other. I've tried sharing photos, lists, etc., but neither can see the other, so nothing saves. Settings are cumbersome and don't clearly let you see which email address(es) is/are connected to specific accounts.

This program, the app, and the calendar are so difficult to use! I have a family of 6, and it takes me HOURS to get chores/routines set up or changed. It is NOT efficient. There is no way to delete a profile without reassigning the tasks within it. Then each task has to be deleted individually, which takes 4-5 clicks each. The app is slow and jumpy, and glitchy. The calender device is slow to update, and sometimes the chores/routines show up twice in the profiles and deleting one deletes both.
