I got some of my money trapped in this app. I'm not receiving any OTPs. And always says something went wrong. Only customer care they have is bots. which never solved any issues. edit: I have already emailed customer service. it's just the same old copy paste messages. there is no customer care to call. It's been 3 years btw. Still trying to get out of this mess alone.

Sooo Frustrating!!! ... I have been trying to sell my MF on this App. First it shows 'Order Placed'. And then I receive a message saying - 🚨 Your Exit order for *** could not be filled. Please try placing the order again. --- Even after multiple attempts over the past few days, I have been experiencing the same issue. What about market timing??? What's the use if I cannot sell my assets at right time??? I have even tried reaching out to support. But not received any resolution. Losing Trust !!!

Great app to use and invest. Can be even better if we could invest in international assets as well. There should also be a way to know how much one has spent on fees and subscription charges easily to be more aware of total investment and subscription fees. Overall, solid product.
