Ratings and reviews

I've used this app for years and been very happy with it, even the updates were good improvements until recently. The last few months it's been having issues . After a transfer, it says error and won't reload the accounts, so I have to log out and back in sometimes up to 10 times in a row. Might update this later if it gets fixed.

The apps layout and options are decent, but its slowest app in existence. MACU shitdown for 4 days to update their systems, but nothing changed on the customers' end. This app is still so slow that it times out quite often. Makes it very difficult to do much. Connection doesn't matter full bars of 5G, 4G, WiFi, in or out of the city. It's hit and miss. You guys say your customers' experience is the most important , but your app is ridiculously slow.

It takes an incredible amount of time for any of the screens to load and some of them just won't load at all; eventually the loading circle graphic goes away and I get a blank screen. I've wasted so much time just trying to get pages to load. I've never experienced this level of lag with any other banking app. I would give the app more stars if it wasn't such a hassle simply to move money from checking to savings. I can't even add an external account because the page won't even open.
