Ratings and reviews

This app sucks it's absolutely insane to me that it has good reviews. It's slow. It's rigid. No promos work. The menu is horribly designed. The deals are weird and hidden and hard to get. It doesn't let you pay with credit card easily and acts weird. All around horrible. Not to mention their drinks are expensive lol

I download the app to use with rewards. When I opened the app it changed my screen to full brightness. I have light sensitivity and keep the brightness on my phone low. I went to my main settings to lower the light and was hit with a message that I couldn't change my phone's light setting because Einstein Bros app was controlling it. There isn't a setting within the app to even turn this off. I am immediately uninstalling. This is a basic accessibility issue.

Some customization has been added, but very little. "TO ENSURE SPEEDY SERVICE CUSTOMIZATION IN THE APP IS LIMITED" is still nonsense. I can now remove/select cheese or schmear or add 1 extra veggie to some sandwiches, but that's it. I can't have more than 1 add-on and there are no options to remove most toppings. Navigation is also clunky; e.g. "Signature Eggs" vs. "Classic Eggs" vs. "Lunch" makes no sense and long hoizontal scrolling makes it difficult to find the option I want.
