tried for about a year. Seemed easy to use, but requires a monthly fee. Found a free app like it that was said to be better and showed you can transfer account. Requested transfer, they said theres a fee of 100$, I asked to cancel the transfer, i went back and forth and had horrible communications and resulted in no canceling of transfer. They stole money from me in the end and they don't even care. Horrible customer service. Would never recommend.

Absolutely ridiculous. I've been charged for almost a year now. I've been wondering what it was, I made an account in 2017, finally tried logging in, to figure things out, as I log in it asks me to resubscribe. As in I'm not even subscribed. Yet I'm still being charged?? DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. It's a nightmare to get anything out of this app.

This Platform steals from you simply by not confirming the time of the trade execution. They just execute, take off how much they can, fix a price then send the confirmation. The claimed reason is that it's not a day trade platform and there are four trading windows. Ok, that's fine but just be clear and send the confirmation right after the execution of the trade!!
