Suddenly one day got told that I'm only allowed to use this app on 1 device at a time & device changes must be done only via callcenter, but I've never changed device, signed-out, changed my SIM, or used the app on other device. After that popup, another popup was waiting for me: "Device Security Issue: This device doesn't meet the app's security requirements [0100]" how? This app felt unreliable, guys. Imagine you're in line paying for food but this app locks you out, just pure embarrassment.

Yeah, to left out users with accessibility options turned on is bad practice. It's a common issue among many financial apps, but it is a shameful one. The app itself won't even tell you what the issue is, though, just never lets you log in with a non-informative error. I'd never guess what the reason was if I'd never stumbled upon such a case before. As for now, can't even login: stuck on loading after entering OTP. Get it together, fellas.

Absolutely laggy garbage. Payments often fail with random errors. They now charge 400 THB/month for this broken app. They can freeze your funds without reason, and support only replies with copy-paste "we have escalated to the technical team." Funds stay locked for weeks, sometimes forever. Chargebacks often disappear. Double or triple charges happen and are never refunded. App trying to scam and get your money for any chance. When your friends topup ur account, it will be permanently locked
