Clunky Design & Terrible Connection. Connected to cam via wifi, attempt to use live view or delete 'incident' recordings only to get disconnected from wifi and asked to reconnect again. Repeatedly. Camera and app are slow. Information is thread bare at best. I won't be purchasing a Thinkware product again. Highly recommend people do their homework on dashcams to avoid scenarios like mine.

This app gets worse and worse. I never think it always does. You have to wait FOREVER for it to connect. It used to connect almost immediately then wait for it to load the video. Now it won't even get connect and the app looks worse too. I can express the amount of user frustration and hatred I have for this app. if I could, I would use something else. Any time I call they make me feel like I'm wasting their time. so don't do it. get something else. im stuck in hell, but you don't have to be.

Having issues connecting to my F200 Pro as soon as I connected to my F70 Pro. Program launches and immediately tries to connect to the F70 and even after cancelling will not stop trying. Camera leaves BT mode while this app is still thinking. I thought I've had more than one camera connected before but it doesn't allow it now. Without an onboard screen I can't even change settings on the 200 now
