Ratings and reviews

This app is garbage. Not as in "it has limited functionality". As in "it does not work at all". tried closing it, uninstalling it, and still 9 times out of 10 when you launch it you get a white screen with TUI in plain text at the top . . . . and that's it.

Food selection is very poor,they spend more money and time throwing away food than given customers choice in food selection, no variety of choice for Ethnicity, I never ate nothing on both return flights. Therr attitude is if you don't like the food order n pay for what you like,but we are paying for service included in the ticket therfore our Consideration.The drinks are so nasty tasting I don't even know way they give people taste bad food n drinks like dog food.

Unreliable app. Bookings often vanish and details must be re-entered. Alerts about pick-up times are easily missed, and check-in frequently fails unless you reset the app repeatedly. Boarding passes load inconsistently — sometimes they appear, sometimes not even after refresh. Take screenshots, request email copies, and carry paper backups; you can’t depend on the app alone.
