It has been more than a week since my account got suspended immediately after I deposited $200 for security purposes. I provided required documents a week back but my account is still not restored back nor my deposited amount is refunded. Beware, this can be a possible scam. Will update in case my account is restored or funds are refunded back to my source account.

Worst app... This app is fake and should not be downloaded by anyone. I made a payment on 22nd September and the amount was deducted from my bank account yet my trading account showed no change. The amount was not added to my trading account and I have been complaining about this fraud since that day but no actions were taken. It's 18th of November today and my trading account doesn't show the money this app deducted from my bank account.

Has the most inefficient Customer Service I have ever experienced, even for straightforward issues. it's now 120hrs and an issue where you withdraw funds and receive them but the system still shows message that it is still processing transaction. Despite showing them the POP, still not removing that tag, meaning I can't make any further withdrawals until they remove that. Update: Sent several emails to the Supervisors as advised. No feedback. I am deleting my account! Useless! Don't bother!
