There's a problem with the item I purchased. The vendor sent the wrong item and I instantly filled out the complain. Finally, decided to return the item and ask for the pick up from tokopedia, but the courier didn't come until the last day of the limit time to return and the status changed into drop off, which already late for me to do. The complain then assessed to be done by tokopedia. But, the problem actually still not solved. I'm so disappointed for their service because of this.

When my order came as different, broken, or even if the product showed no authenticity as mentioned by the seller, Tokopedia did absolutely nothing. All of the call center process, live chats, and return policy were merely non solutive AI or templates without further action can be taken by users. Once I was directed to the live chat, he just left from the chat after I addressed my problem. These were not just happened once, but countless. Want to get paid while doing nothing? Tokopedia.

I don't understand with Tokopedia anymore. Your UI is so annoying recently. I want to check my last purchase, already set the date, but not appear at all. Only 90 days before. I like to give a review, but the flow now? I have to upload at tokopedia media, then from that page I choose photo to put on review. Can't directly from gallery! too many bugs. I miss my old, steady App
