This app used to be very reliable, but lately it hasn't been providing accurate information. While leaving JB, we checked the traffic to Woodlands and it showed a 60–95 minute drive to Singapore with seemingly light traffic on the bridge. However, when we got there, the bridge was completely jammed! This is the second time it has happened to us, so we’re now skeptical about relying on it in the future

Reliable and I always use it to check the trending before scheduling timing to drive across both way
