As a security bridge between a phone and a kid’s watch, it’s unacceptable for the app to randomly log out silently. My child was forced to leave the safe zone, and I didn’t receive any notification about it. Absolutely not recommendable, both the app and the watch are unreliable. UPDATE: Based on their generic reply, it’s pretty clear that they’re completely unreliable.

Kid totaled MT46 months ago, but somehow it worked until yesterday. No phone ever would work in that state. Bought a cheaper watch, returned it and bought Movetime MT48 yesterday. The cheaper watch was great, but its app was terrible. Did a research and, at least for Serbia, TCL is IT because this app actually works. Others just - don't. This one shows precisely where my kid is, family members can also use the app, chat, voice msgs, calls, video calls... It has it all. And the new watch rocks!

This has to be one of the worst apps I have ever had on my phone. As of a few days ago I can't log in, can't track my kid, when he goes out, there is no support that I'm aware of, that I can contact about the issue. Terrible, just terrible.
