easy to use after a little practice

Right now, I can't access my account via app/ website due to fact that I changed phone number. It (app/website) wants to verify my identity but it is still trying to verify via old phone number NOT my new number. I did notify the bank but they have NOT corrected the phone number. I don't understand why it shows the phone number twice. Neither line/entry lets you enter a different phone number in case you changed phone number.

They make you change passwords way too often. Account is never up to date, so you have to do number crunching. never available on weekends either in person over the phone or the toll free # which should have someone available 24/7. slows down payment and refunds. oh, and you best pay your bills early bc if you rely on unity one you will most likely be paying multiple late fees or worse because of their incompetence. There is more, but this came to be bc they did maintenance on Memorial Day.
