They make you change passwords way too often. Account is never up to date, so you have to do number crunching. never available on weekends either in person over the phone or the toll free # which should have someone available 24/7. slows down payment and refunds. oh, and you best pay your bills early bc if you rely on unity one you will most likely be paying multiple late fees or worse because of their incompetence. There is more, but this came to be bc they did maintenance on Memorial Day.

The new Unity One app is great. The user interface is intuitive and has a clean look to it. The ability to link my other accounts into the app makes managing multiple accounts easier.

So much better than the old app. Easier to use. Better looking too. And faster!
