The functionality of this app has improved significantly over the past few months, although you still get the occasional bug. When it works correctly, the user experience is great. If you are close to the pickup/drop-off stops, it is almost as fast as Uber and much cheaper. Drivers are kind, although they could drive a bit more cautiously. Internet on the vans can be intermittent. Seats aren't bad, but could be a bit more spacious. This has become my go-to option when I have to visit Santa Fe.

I cannot tell where the stops are. For example, one stop is named Plaza San Marcos II - but I do not know what city that is in. Is that in Acapulco? CDMX? I have to select the stop in order to see it on the map, and when I see it is nowhere near to where I want to be, I have to make another guess with another stop, one by one. What am I missing? I wish I could see all stops in the country, then select from the available stops my desired start and end points.

The app is fine, the service is not reliable. They work on a tight schedule. If the driver is delayed he doesn't pick up the passengers, and reports no show, obviously no return policy for no shows.
