Vimtag is a mobile real-time video surveillance software used with Vimtag Cloud IP Camera. Through this client, you can view your home, shops, offices and other places at any time in real-time video and video history, also receive immediate alert to the place of abnormal information alarm, and take safety precautions at the first time.

When everything works properly it works great. But that's only 20% of the time. I guess my issue is the same as others, connectivity problems, most times when I open the app it's offline, and it's harder to get back online each time this happens. Now I can't connect at all to my router. At least I can set my broken camera in the window and deter people from doing things. And yes I talked to customer service and they just told me to buy more things.

We've had this app for years and have been through many updates. Picture quality is pretty good, but the latest updates give us constant error messages in another language, crashes, and ads for cloud storage that take up more than half of screen! My husband and I both hate the new update; worst version yet. PLEASE fix this!

No longer plays videos from camera's SD card in the app. Only displays a still image for each video file. Features are gradually eliminated. At one time I could see events, then I had to watch entire videos to see if something had happened, now just still images. The entire design of this app is to force you to subscribe to the cloud.
