I was unable to activate the app because when I put in my DOB in any format, it reverted to the wrong date. I worked out to put in the wrong date to get the right one and it all seems good. So far, am impressed with the speed of responses to reviews! I hadn't checked back immediately but the solution was given by the team. It would be great if that info was available when trying to input the date.

Since your recent updates, I seemingly no longer can approve payments through the app which only takes me to the landing page but with no authorisations pending and this weekend, the icon has disappeared from my phone, despite still being installed. Update: Thanks for your reply. That's 7 minutes of menu selections wasted, just to have the call terminated before speaking to anyone. Reading the reviews, my issue does not seem isolated.

Sorry to hear the call didn't go to plan. In relation to the icon, if your search the device for 'Credit Card' instead of 'Virgin Money' that should locate it. If you have access to the Mobile App, you could look to link in with the experts via Live Chat too. You'll find them under 'Have A Question? Chat With Us'. Hope the issue is resolved soon.

App used to be fine, In the last 2 weeks I have been unable to make a payment. It just keeps telling me the "Something's up". Which is great but my due date is approaching and you've disabled payment by card too. Never mind that they keep charging me interest despite paying off my balance each month. Would NOT recommend! Oh, and the Online chat is about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Tried with multiple WiFi connections, on 4g, 5g, both with and without a VPN and reinstalled, still broken.

Ref : Your full 16 Digit Credit Card Number
Please double-check your card number, as this is what allocates the payment to your account.
