Ratings and reviews

Transition from Wells Fargo to this system has been bumpy (double that on iOS). On the Android side, I've made payments that don't seem to stick. I'll pay the balance off (to zero), but either the same balance will show on the app after the payment or I've even seen a new balance pop-up which I'll try to pay (again, it never goes to zero). It's gotten so frustrating for me that I've stopped using the card while they work out whatever this issue is.

Love the idea, hate the app. I get the rent mailed to be every month which is great but that's not why I'm giving it 2 stars. When opening the app, none if the buttons work. I've un-installed and reinstalled - same issue. I would hope that they test on my phone since I have a flagship phone. From day 1, it's been on and off in terms of working. This past month, it hasn't been working at all.

I've had my account for 3 years best card I had until it changed its whole system in 2026. Being able to pay rent with credit (without fees) and paying it off once the first check comes in made it easier to manage my money. Now it forces you to pay 24hrs after you pay rent. Cash back is fine but not the real reason I got this card. After them hyping up the new cards didn't once tell customers that this would be in the new system. Customer support sends you in circles. Such a disappointment.
