App is very useless, always having bugs and taking forever to load. Not to mention I bought data for 30 days, it didnt let me use it for two days then just told me I have 0 data after.

Umniah is dishonest and unethical. they use bait and switch. they lure you in with cheap packages then they remove those and limit you to more expensive ones. but by then you are stuck with Umniah and you have already given your phone number to many ppl. they price packages differently for different customers. really trashy company

DON'T BE UMNIAH CISTOMER R7N AWAY. app is so bad it authorized payment of 16JD plus tax without me knowing or me authorizing the transaction, I phoned the call center and they were so useless.
