Worst mobile app for VOIP. Doesn't allow microphone access in the background and doesn't work with the proximity sensor. Impossible to use. When you turn the screen off, microphone stops working, and when you leave screen on and put it close enough to your ear to hear, the phone will open menus and other apps, again blocking microphone access. voice quality on speaker is choppy and just cuts in and out. Calls randomly don't forward. Awful app, as it will result in frustrations and ppl hanging up

Everytime I'm making a call it will ring through my Bluetooth head set, but as soon as someone picks up the call or it goes to voicemail my headset disconnects, forcing me to have to pick up the call. It ONLY happens when I'm using this app! It is INCREDIBLY frustrating and totally defeats the purpose having a Bluetooth option, not to mention very hard on my neck when I'm trying to hold the phone and type on the computer, which I do with every single call, I make MANY calls a day.

Overall, it performs the basic functions required for a companion app for my desktop phone. If this was my primary access to business phone lines, I would probably switch carriers. It's not as reliable as I'd need it to be, and it behaves differently on cell networks and WiFi. A daily annoyance is that notifications don't open the app. It's particularly annoying that voicemail notifications don't open the app. With every update I cross my fingers, but it has remained annoying for 5 years so far.
