Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't really work well for me anymore. I cannot access my inbox/communications and it frequently asks me to login and then goes to a sign-in page/error after I log in on certain tabs. The so only seems decent for viewing potential rental locations, but the logistics for the actual rental seem to be less of a focus. Not intuitive how to view receipts or contact hosts if the inbox doesn't work.

The only reason I downgraded this app is because the message system does not work. Fortunately, the Rentee preferred the what'sup app for communication, otherwise I would have missed some very important information. When I have mail, I click it. I get a sign-in page (even though I'm already signed in) click it, and nothing happens or it lets me sign in and then gives me a blank page.

The most basic ability, the ability to send a message, doesn't work whether I use the app or the web. It could be my cell service, but this seems to be the only thing I cannot do. It would be nice if I could reply directly through email instead. If the entire app wasn't working, I'd understand. Also, none of my other apps have any issues.
