been a Wag caregiver for several years and like other businesses, gain momentum and stop caring about the workers. The decline in using this app since 8-9 years ago is astronomical. The glitches are awful. I will not get messages from owners until later and vice versa. I have to hit "I have arrived" numerous times before it actually registers that I am at the location. There has been a time when I was at an entire sitting and not getting paid. Pay issues not fixed when they should have been.

Wag was not a great app in 2018 and it's even worse now. it's pay for preferential treatment, I was put on suspension for offering pet parents other services wag doesn't provide, it's glitchy as all get out, needs to "verify" sensitive ID information for the littlest things, and if you accidentally cancel a request you can't get it back as the job just disappears from your feed. only things that's ok about it is the reach of a client base.

This app is great for connecting you with pet parents and earning some cash. I started finding matches immediately after the beginning, and as a college student, the pay is pretty good, not to mention it doesn't even feel like work. The only gripe I have is that the app can be a bit finicky. Sometimes, certain features just break, and it can be especially annoying when I'm juggling multiple leashes in my hand and trying to get the app to work at the same time.
