Worst telecom company ever & for one simple reason. They don't acknowledge their problems & cover them up with lame excuses even when clear evidence has been provided. They insolently said that it's normal for someone to access my account if I'm sharing my internet coverage. I asked other ISPs & they said that this is ridiculous & should never happen because I'm sharing internet coverage only, not access to my account. This blatant breach of security is why I'm transferring to other ISPs.

Ooredoo has good network but have some issues also before so many times if have amount in my card they taken without any information they deducted from my card. So much amount i has lost. But today i buy for 6 kd 500gb and 1000 local and 500 india min but its actually active at another plan i call to the customer care but not solve my problem i load 6 kd its my wrong actually always i recharge for 5 kd and its renewal almost but now i lost my 6 kd and given only 100 min and 100 gb so pls before

i dont like this internet now it is very slow and my internet are on and off. i cannot even watch youtube because it is always disconnected. What is wrong with the Ooredoo app it is not responding at all,I cannot even open the application
