Almost scam to say the least. They deduct next billing cycle fee two days earlier and when we talked to them that we don't want to renew they refused to refund although the new period have not started yet. This isn't the only bad thing, you don't have access to the saved payment methods, you can't tell when or how much the next bill is, the application is extremely poor and under developed, search function isn't working on fire stick and you had to manually search for content.

this app has potential but it's not there yet. firstly, it's very slow to load, that probably the servers getting slammed by hackers or people trying to load content. the media needs to be in a cdn ( I recommend Netflix open connect which is free to install). secondly, the amount of content is misrepresented. for example, half of the Ramadan shows are not there but are in the commercial every 5 mins. it also needs an Amazon fire app and Roku app

Horrible Customer Service. I upgraded to premium no-ads for multiple screens 2 months ago. They took the upgraded payments for 2 months and I still get 5 ads and I still can't watch on multiple screens. When I contacted customer support, they told me to unsubscribe then come back as a new customer with the new subscription for it to work. There was no refund for the money taken. And this is a horrible solution to the problem. I cancelled my account and will not be returning.
