Ratings and reviews

Watsons SG app is super slow, always hang and jam. Always have to wait very very long for the loading and sometime it will just jammed and stopped loading. Have to go in and out multiple times. Sometimes wanted to read reviews and descriptions of some interested or new products, take very long to load and times it will just skipped and back to the 1st page again.

Lousiest app ever and I wonder how they can get 4.5 stars on average?? Am I just unlucky? First the log in got problem, be it password or biometric -keep showing error message. And you thought you have not logged in coz it's showing 'Hello Friend" and not your name, yet your personal info is in there and you can't log out! Live chat with agent and the person go missing for more than 10 mins without telling you what to expect and no closure. Let's not talk about the speed of loading and search

Watson online system is very misleading. Customers can get misled if not reading carefully- can get cheated easily. It may state "buy 1 get 1 free" but end up getting only one item/product paying full price!!!!!!! Be careful.
