App freezes and crashes all the time, and keep saying it's not responding. Some items are not available on the app, while when I checked in the store, it's available and there's a lot of stock of it. This is the first time I have bad experience while using the app. Please fix the app asap, I really love to buy from watsons app, but now it's getting tiring to even scroll :(

• App is slow, clunk, and litered. A lot of the times when i tap a product, it won't take me to the product's page even after waiting for a whole minute. Try tapping anything and the response is either very slow, or non existent. • Bad categorization and navigation. Some products are placed in the wrong category, which makes it hard to find the products you want. • I haven't had any negative experiences regarding payment and shipping. The app is just terrible imo.

My first online order itself a disaster. After ordering 3 items and payment done, it cancelled the order saying items out of stock. Don't the developer has basic logic that they should not accept the order if there is no stock? And this app don't have refund tracking. I am still waiting for my refund.
