The app is not ready yet. It’s too complicated just to sign up. It keeps saying my email is already used, and when I try another email, it still says “unsuccessful.” There’s also no text cursor when typing, so editing anything is very difficult. I have to delete everything just to fix a small typo. Please improve the user experience before releasing it. immediately uninstalled the app

App freezes and crashes all the time, and keep saying it's not responding. Some items are not available on the app, while when I checked in the store, it's available and there's a lot of stock of it. This is the first time I have bad experience while using the app. Please fix the app asap, I really love to buy from watsons app, but now it's getting tiring to even scroll :(

the app is really slow, sometimes it crashed out of nowhere, and when I actually made a purchase.... the processing takes so long that I'd rather shop in another online shopping platform instead. but the good thing is, if you shop in Watson's app there's some benefits like member discount or some item comes with free gift. i guess nothing is perfect 😅
