I havw done my Liveliness authentication telephinically. The call centre was very helpfull. but what a struggle. now after the app was down for a while, trying to use it again, and yet again I have a Liveliness problem. also when typing in my login details, the info geta hidden under the keyboard. pls advise your software developer that the design is not good and also this system with liveliness is not working.

The app is nothing like what is shown in the example, there is no getting cash or buying airtime in the app. It is now worse, before they used to show transactions, not anymore. I think in the future they are planning to have the app do these things, then I will give it 5 stars.

I've been struggling to log onto the app. it keeps saying "authentication declined ", but it never gives me the pop up message to accept the log in. very frustrating
