There are constantly problems with not being able to log in. It's not a quick problem that you can successfully log in an hour later, it lasts days sometimes. This was supposed to make it easier to check my work schedule, but I still need to go into work to get my schedule since work jam is unreliable. The 2 step verification is ridiculous too.

This app is trash. It took over a month from my hire date for the authentication error to be resolved (logging in takes you to a blank page that never loads.) If your manager calls technically support, they don't know what to do if your login is spelled correctly. The ticket was escalated, and they left me a voice mail telling me to make sure my login info is correct, and that would fix the problem. Eventually, they fixed the authentication problem, but now it's happening again.

This app is good to use.... When it wants to. Doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or data. For some reason it clocks me out at random times and clocks me back in again at the same time. It loads too long, and makes me late on my punches sometimes, and doesn't like to connect to either wifi or data. Sometimes I have to switch between the two multiple times until I can get it to work. I don't like that it does this, because then I'm not getting my full hours and getting in trouble for late punches.
