I've been using Yoti for a while, it's always been great. Then I got a new phone, tried to log in, clicked restore, clicked on my Google account, then got denied because Yoti had reached it's limit for accessing Google Drive? Now I am stuck! I'll be trying a different app because I've got no other choice and I can't sign up for a new account because there's no option too unless a website has directed you?

Absolute waste of time! Nothing worked to verify my age. The built in video app would not playback the video it recorded for them to review. Due to this issue, nothing else would work because it kept saying my video was rejected because it could not be played. Even if I tap on other ways to verify like ID or photo it still cam back to a screen that said my video was rejected and try again. I tried 5 times and each time it was rejected due to being unplayable.

This app barely works. I can't get the scanner to actually scan a QR code. When I scan that code with Google Lens instead and click on the link, the app opens up and then gives me an error when I try to submit the information. Not much use for a digital ID app that refuses to do the one thing I need it to do.
