Same experience as many other reviews. The app won't proceed to connecting with the cooler, even though my phone is connected via Bluetooth and to the cooler's wifi. Based on the number of other similar reviews and how old they are, it is clear that the Dometic team does not care about the customer. Completely unacceptable for a product that markets itself largely based upon the ability to monitor temperature remotely. Dometic needs to fix the app or provide a refund for false advertising.

It used to work on android but using android 14 it's doesn't work. The app has zero permissions so no access to the network or Bluetooth for the app. This should be an easy dev fix. It sucks it hasn't been updated. I used a pixel 7 and a Samsung s24 ultra. Higher a developer to resolve this issue. Heck send me the source code and I will fix it for you. The product is missing a key advertised feature. This may fall under failure to compensate consumers for faulty functionality

Unable to connect via wi-fi or bluetooth. Samsung s10+. Entirely unacceptable. After connecting to the CFX 3 55IM's network and opening the app it hangs perpetually at the screen where the version number shows. If one selects the connection guide there is no prgress beyond showing the wifi network choices where you are already connected to the cooler's wifi. A good dev team could remediate this in a day. ...please do NOT reply with a boiler plate answer. Be accountable.
