I downloaded this app and attemted to connect. I had issues and contacted dometic directly. Here is their response. "I have reached out about this as I do not have any other info to offer and we have no tech department. I am being told that it sounds like it is some kind of issue with your phone itself that is causing the issue for your phone." Don't develop an app for you product if you are not going to support it. And DON'T blame it on the customer if you can't support it.

Application requires you to register before using, but gets stuck on creating password that never meets the requirements. No support number to call for retail customers. Super unhappy with my purchase so far. Over priced ref/freezer from a company too greedy to provide adequate support avenues for improperly user tested applications.

Can't even connect my fridge. Bluetooth connected to phone just fine, but the app thinks it's not connected, even though it shows up in the device list and is definitely connected to my phone. Whoever developed this should be embarrassed.
