I downloaded this app and attemted to connect. I had issues and contacted dometic directly. Here is their response. "I have reached out about this as I do not have any other info to offer and we have no tech department. I am being told that it sounds like it is some kind of issue with your phone itself that is causing the issue for your phone." Don't develop an app for you product if you are not going to support it. And DON'T blame it on the customer if you can't support it.

I've tried two different Dometic apps and neither will allow me to connect to my phone. If you are looking to buy, look elsewhere. On both sites I have only seen 2 positive reviews, all others are 1 star. Unfortunately this one came with my $80,000 RV and I will need to pay more if I want one that actually works. My Ecobee at home works great, that would be my first place to look.

Couldn't connect, no other options to create an account, sign in, etc. I just uninstalled the app and I'll operate my thermostat manually. No big deal. I contacted Dometic and apparently my thermostat (on a brand new camper) is no longer supported in Bluetooth. Wonder why they even sell them?
