lost bluetooth connection I have repaired the bluetooth connection but as soon as I close the app and reopen the app the bluetooth connection doesn't work Looking back this problem is been around for over a year but you advises the bluetooth connection I think it's time to take this matter to fair trading

theres been improvements in this app over the few years ive had it, unfortunately more often than most when i minimise app it logs me out of dometic account rendering app useless until i log back in again,this becomes very tedious

Advertising claims the the Fresh Jet 7 has WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity. Am unable to determine how the A/C can be controlled via WiFi. Have setup this app, but it only works via Bluetooth. In so far, as Bluetooth operation is concerned, it too has some problems. Unable to turn off internal light via app., unable to change from F to C for temp units.
