About this app

Zyxel Multy app provides an easy installation experience for your Multy WiFi System. Simply download, run this app, and follow its instructions to get your Multy connected to your Internet service. Once installation is completed, you can run Internet speed check to ensure that your Internet speed is at its fastest. You can also enable and share your guest WiFi network through this app. Stay up to date with the app's firmware upgrade feature.

Ratings and reviews

This is the worst possible app for accessing your Zyxel network appliances. It is slow, has only fancy icons to indicate that something is wrong, but no indication what might be the problem and most of the time it doesn't startup. Very dissatisfied of this app and no way you can access the appliances from a ssh shell or webinterface. Never by Zyxel or any other network product which can only be controlled by an app.

Suddenly stopped allowing access to app. Have had no issue with app. Every week I reboot the ISP and multy connected. Last reboot states that the service is not available and to try later. It gives the appearance my account in mycloud has been deleted or disabled. The WiFi system still runs I just do not have any management capabilities, even after hard reboots to the primary multy.

The app doenst load most of the time. When in wifi bridge mode there is no connected client list. And in the config there is no way to change signal cut-off so wifi satelite won't always pick up the connection from a device from the main station. Zyxel is wat to slow with development of the home devices. Business devices are much better.
