The app should allow login via browser as well. I was fined because my phone’s display was broken and I couldn’t access the digital ticket. I had a printed copy with me, but the authorities said it wasn’t the original and insisted that the ticket must be shown on a device. Even DB Info couldn’t provide a proper printout of the original ticket. There should be an option to print the ticket from the app or browser, and it should be clearly stated that printed tickets are valid—not just digital one

NewIssue:Doesn't work on Deutsche Bahn, and therefore unpleasant situations with controllers. You pay money to get fined The app logs you out very often, which is annoying when you are on a train and have to show the ticket to the controllers. On top of that, there is no option to add the ticket to GoogleWallet, so it leaves you with no options. Sadly, we are forced to use this app because the university says so. No incentive for the app or company to get better if they have a guaranteed demand.

Functionality loss after the update, there is no option to just interchange the "from" and "to" fields, and for some reason I need to always press the "now" button to get the current information when the app should do it automatically, e.g. I open it in the morning, then every time I open the app during that day it will search the routes for that same time I opened it the first time, instead of using the current time.
