This has become my main scanning app: it recognizes encodings very quickly, and it immediately gives you the output with a copy button right there, so you can do whatever you want with it. It also tells you the format, so that you can turn around and generate your own version of the same barcode, for scanning a store club card, for instance.

The best QR / barcode / general purpose 2d-code scanning app available for Android, bar none. Easy-to-navigate UI, fantastic customizability, and absolutely no advertisements to clutter the screen. Super-snappy response time and great recognition, too! Made by a friendly developer who constantly adds new features and fixes with a delightful open-source community.

An outstanding QR scanner app that just works. The recognition is outstanding, despite working with a mediocre old camera.
