If you have some dumbbells and a bench you're set! Been using this app for a full year just doing the three day workout and it's been awesome. I just finished my first five day workout and it's great. Each day only take a half hour. The only money I've spent is on heavier weights. To keep it free there is only one ad that pops up in the beginning and then it's add free during the rest of the workout.

It is a very simple app but useful as well, try it out, I'm an active guy so it's good to have some dumbbell exercises at home( I can mention that some videos are not the same exercise, when you go to next exercise ,the video stays the same, I believe you guys should check the app yourself for just a normal fix and better to add a plan that focuses on each muscle not full body only)

Hi! I've already been doing my own muscle workouts for a while and mostly intend to use this app for reference purposes and I love it, the interface is great, the muscle groups are well illustrated. The only tiny criticism I have is that, as a woman myself, I'm sure lots of women intend to specifically workout their butt muscles so it might be beneficial to specify that some of these leg workouts also workout the butt, just so we know for sure!
