Used to be such a headache. Print. Sign. Scan. Every. Single. Time. And with Forma I just open my file, sign it, and send it back in seconds. One time had to fix a report right before a meeting, did it on my phone and nobody even noticed. Also love that I can lock files so nobody messes with them. Just makes work easy and efficient. Can't imagine going back to the old way!

this app saves me every day! profs send endless pdfs and i always gotta highlight stuff, write in answers, fill out forms and so on. forma makes it so easy, no printing, no scanning, just open it do what i need and move on even used the ai thing to sum up a long paper when i was half asleep. kinda wish the free version had more but whatever still super useful!

Clients sometimes send the worst files. Scans weird formats stuff I can’t edit. Forma fixes everything, turns a pdf into word doc, adds text sign contracts in a sec, and lots of stuff. No laptop no problem I do it all from my phone. This app saves me so much time, and I can work from anywhere, really helpful when deadlines are tight too! Defo faster then asking clients to send better files.
