I have an active downtime to my FTTH due to network service in my area. The problem is reported online via web, in Nova account, but the app persist that there is no problems. How is this possible.

Up until a couple of months ago, it run smoothly. Then it just wouldn't! I have tried deleting cache and data. I have uninstalled and reinstalled from play store several times. It just gets stuck on a black screen forever! I had to log in to my nova account through a web browser to pay my last 2-3 bills. Until it's fixed, I will stay away from this app. There is no telling what a misbehaving app might do to a smartphone...

App worked fine except dual icons on install. But now after some updates app stopped working. I get black screen and that is it. I cleared Cache and Data with no luck. Uninstall and install again same problem. At least dual icon disappeared. Please fix it. Huawei P30 Pro (with Google support).
