Ratings and reviews

While sleek on the surface, the app has some really poor design choices and falls behind competition. For example, why can't I screenshot as if it's a banking app? There's zero private information there besides the need for important info you'll receive from support in which case you'd want to screenshot. Additionally, add-ons ignore the fact that you have funds and hard-redirect you to buy them which is a huge oversight.

I keep getting texts about tap and get it, but there is no such option in the app. Also, if you top up an amount, it does not correspond with the amount updated in the balance. There is also no bundle that allows unlimited data outside of the summer season. Very frustrating app. After contacting the Facebook group Free2go on Messenger, they advised to swipe twice from left to right to get to tap and get it. 🙄

Tap and Get It DOESNT WORK! where do I tap? How do I get it? Also, I have tried to purchase unlimited data many times and it will not let me. AND many times I've had to top up multiple times in one week because it starts eating my Money when I run out of data. I Would like to be notified when my data runs out so I can turn it off or buy another bundle instead of losing my money. I top up a large amount so I can buy the data bundle , but when I run out of data (unknowingly) it starts deducting money from my account and then I have to top up AGAIN and waste more money trying to buy data. Also, it will use my minutes and texts if I run out of data and keep using data. Very very very scammy and scheming. I'm so angry at this app. Easy to top and has some good bundles on offer.
