It steals my money, this happened twice now and I l've spent 42 euros in a week. Trying to activate data package for 13,30. I charge 14 euros, open app and then it's suddenly 12,70. So I need to charge 14 euro again. When I was charging again it dropped down to 10 euro. Tried contacting support, but bot is in Greek. If I am not refunded, I will switch operator and warn others that this is a scam. Update, I tried to contact trough link. But can't get passed the bot. it also ate my last 8€

I keep getting texts about tap and get it, but there is no such option in the app. Also, if you top up an amount, it does not correspond with the amount updated in the balance. There is also no bundle that allows unlimited data outside of the summer season. Very frustrating app. After contacting the Facebook group Free2go on Messenger, they advised to swipe twice from left to right to get to tap and get it. 🙄

total rubbish app. when you tun out of credit you cannot login to top up. vey confusing interface and recently mobile data has been erratic,not eorking even in tourist areas
