Survey.com connects you with paid retail services gigs that you complete in local stores. Gigs range from 15 minute product audits to 8 hour resets. You get to choose when and where you work. Types of Projects:

You’ll go to local grocery, convenience, and big-box stores to complete projects. Common tasks include:

- Looking for promotional displays
- Counting inventory
- Taking pictures of products
- Building promotional displays
- Adding stickers to products
- Stocking shelves

Choose When and Where to Work:

Our project team will contact you whenever we have new opportunities in your area. You get to choose which projects to work on and which stores to go to.

How Do I Get Paid? And How Often?

You get paid by direct deposit, or you can have your money put on a pre-paid debit card, through our partner Openforce.

Completed assignments that meet all requirements are approved for payment six days after you upload them. Once approved, you can request a payment, and payments are processed 1-2 business days after your request.

Been working off and on with this company for about 4 years. I throughly enjoy the opportunities for resets and the better pay. The only things that I have had problems with would be that sometimes the plannogram is useless when the notes tell you how to do the job and it contradicts placement. However, after making the suggestion this last time the gentleman was a lot more in depth with instructions. Made for a great day too!! I think lack of communication is something to be worked on.thank

In the beginning customer service was great. It absolutely stinks now. We use to be able to call and actually speak to somebody. Now we have to message the in store support. Better than 80% of the time I never hear back from anybody. Most of my messages are time sensitive and I need to speak to someone asap. So basically most of my issues never get resolved. If you call this an improvement, it's definitely not. I liked the old system so much better.

It used to be really good! It was one of my favorite gig apps, actually. Now, they have changed that all support help is only accessible through the app. No one answers in a timely manner to really help you. If you need help on a project or a question in general, it may be hours or days before you get a response. This, in my opinion, is going to be their downfall. Everyone is cutting corners these days to save money.
