It's been almost 4yrs later I'm using this app. I had very bad experience in 2018. Now you guys have built a wonderful mobile app that is seamless. Keep up the good work and keep adding more features. Suggestion - While trying to book auto from your app no one is taking the booking. They are inclined taking bookings from Uber. I had tried multiple in last 5 days. Maybe pls have a work around for this. So we stay inside the same platform for all our bookings.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with RedBus. I had to cancel my trip due to unforeseen circumstances, but the cancellation policy was unclear and highly restrictive. Despite following all the necessary steps, I’m still waiting for my refund, and it has been an incredibly frustrating process.It has been 6days since the cancellation, and I haven’t received any refund yet. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times, but the responses have been slow and unhelpful.

The lack of customer support is appalling, everything is managed by a chat bot that doesn't manage anything properly, multiple times in the past my transactions went through but the app didn't detect payment and didn't give me my ticket, recently I had to book a ticket and pay for it twice because of said issue and I couldn't find a solution anywhere for metro issues. PLS JUST USE ANOTHER APP
