Worst booking app ever. Made the mistake of booking for the first time and will never recommend anyone to book from here at all. Even for the simple cancellation they deny you. Had the worst experience with the customer care team. For 3 continuous days I've been trying to contact and cancel but they keep lying.

I have a very bad experience with this app I will ask everyone to stop making flight booking from this app because there is no one to reply to your concerns. My flight was cancelled by airline and they refunded the full amount to happy fare but the app will deduct a huge amount and send only a part of your money. Here I should get full refund as I have not the one to cancel my flight then I already booked a flight with double the price this app will make you to have double loss.

worst experience with Happyfares.. they dont care about the customers.. zero customers support.. the phone number mentioned on the website is always switched off and they dont reply to mails at all... irresponsible behavior.. I regret that I have used happyfares to book my flight.. I will never do again
