Competitive pricing. Cross-platform apps. Notes feature that is actually good and supports markdown. Does everything I need it to do across all operating systems. My only two gripes are that the network share doesn't reconnect on app startup on Windows, and the desktop app can use a pretty significant amount of memory. Other than that, couldn't be happier with my subscription. Also, I'm loving the new design! Great work.

It was pretty good, but not it's broken. It's a shame that I have to resort to giving a one-star review to get noticed, since you don't respond to emails. This app is now broken. I cannot access my files. It erased all the settings related to backing up my photos. It erased all security regarding biometric access to the app. The app simply does not work, you cannot change tabs, you cannot open files. How do you not test these apps before you release them? This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Not had many issues until lately. Maybe the Android 16/One UI 7 update? When Filen is in the Secure Folder and I try to upload files from there, the app acts as if it doesn't see/isn't in the Secure Folder and only sees the other profile. It's really inconvenient. I'm going to try to use the site, but I hope this gets fixed.
