Honestly, this is the worst app I've ever used! The UI design is a mess, and the pinpoint location mechanism is literally trash. But what really gets me is the lack of order tracking option in the app. Sometimes they send a link to track the order, and sometimes they don't - it's so inconsistent! Why can't they just add a proper order tracking feature in the app? Even after the recent update and UI changes, the experience is still really disappointing. 1 star from me, and that's being generous.

app is good but i prefer if they could allow an option to select the branch.to my location there is 2 pizzahut near by but i prefer the puzza from one branch but i allways get from the other branch and there pizza does not taste the same

One of the worst app I ever used. Even simple tasks like logging, password changes etc. are disaster. Won't talk about other functions.
